Use MS Word with Arial font.

The title should be 12 point bold capital letters. The authors name should in 10 point with the name of the presenting author underlined. Do not use ?Dr.? and ?Degrees? with the names

The address of the institution should also be in 10 point and should be brief.

The text of the abstract should not exceed 250 words and should be typed in single space using a double space only for the Sub headings. The following sub headings may be used.

Conclusions.

Please avoid elaborate tables and unconventional short forms

The abstract can be typed on A4 paper without borders leaving atleast 1-inch margins at the top and bottom and 2 inch margin on the left with full justification.

Please see that conventional spelling is used, either British or American and don?t forget to do a spell check.

Send one copy of the abstract on email and 2 hard copies by post.

The judges will have the full authority to reject any abstract that is not conforming to the format mentioned above.
